Refined Wedding, Family & Elopement Photographer
For most of my life, I worked as an electrician—over 26 years in a career built on precision, responsibility, and long days. In 2017, a stroke forced me to rethink my pace—less stress, more focus, fully engaged in life on my own terms.
That moment reshaped how I see time, presence, and what truly matters. Tomorrow isn’t promised, and the moments we rush through are often the ones we wish we had held onto. I chose to live differently—to slow down the pressure, be present, and focus on what really matters.
Not long after, I bought a drone. I’ve always been drawn to nature and perspective—seeing the world from new angles. That curiosity led me to photography and to becoming a commercial drone pilot. Through images, I discovered how a photograph can hold energy, emotion, and memory—how a single moment, when captured intentionally, can tell a lasting story.
That curiosity became years of learning, refining, and immersing myself in visual storytelling. I began my photography business part-time in 2020 and stepped into it full-time in 2025, building a career centered on connection, quality, and meaningful experiences.
Before photography, my career demanded calm under pressure, problem-solving in real time, and responsibility when there was no room for error. Those qualities carry directly into how I work today.
I specialize in working with people—reading the room, adapting quickly, and creating an environment where moments unfold naturally. Whether I’m documenting a thoughtfully planned wedding, an intimate elopement, a proposal, a family session, or individual portrait work, my role stays the same: to bring consistency, care, and a steady presence to every experience.
Many of the weddings I photograph are planner-led and venue-driven, but the size of the event has never dictated the level of attention I give. Every story matters.
Not every meaningful moment fits into a single category. I work across:
Each session is approached with the same intention, preparation, and respect. The value of the work isn’t measured by scale—it’s measured by meaning.
Clients often tell me their experience—and final images—exceeded expectations, and that comes down to how I approach the process as a whole.
I prepare thoroughly before every session or wedding, taking time to understand the people, the environment, and the flow of the day. That preparation allows me to stay calm and adaptable when things change, so clients never feel rushed or uncertain.
On the day itself, I blend naturally into the environment. I’m attentive without being intrusive, guiding when needed and stepping back when moments deserve space. This balance helps people feel comfortable being themselves, which leads to photographs that feel honest rather than forced.
Beyond the camera, I focus on consistency and follow-through. Clear communication, reliable timelines, and thoughtful delivery are just as important as the images themselves. Exceeding expectations isn’t about doing more for the sake of it—it’s about intention, preparation, and care.
Quality isn’t something I add to my work—it’s built into how I operate.
In the years leading up to going full-time, I invested heavily in professional mirrorless cameras, lenses, and equipment to meet the highest standards for my clients. While great photography is never just about gear, professional tools paired with experience, creativity, and time make a difference.
I don’t cut corners. I don’t rush the process. You receive my best throughout—from planning to final delivery.
Creating and working with people never feels like work to me. Helping others preserve meaningful moments is genuinely one of the greatest joys in my life.
I’m best suited for clients who:
If you’re planning a wedding, elopement, family session, or portrait session, I’d love to hear more about creating meaningful images with you.
