Hi, I'm Nate Rosso, owner of Nate Rosso Photography.

I'm a full-time, licensed and insured photographer based in Beaufort County, South Carolina, serving Beaufort, Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, and the surrounding areas. I'm also an FAA Part 107 certified commercial drone pilot.

Photography wasn't always my career. For 26 years I worked as an electrician. In 2017, at 37 years old, I had a stroke. It made me realize life can change in an instant, and I wanted to spend my time doing something I truly enjoyed.

I bought a drone, which eventually led me into photography. What started as a hobby quickly became something I wanted to master. I spent years learning lighting, composition, editing, and everything that goes into creating images people are proud to hang on their walls.

I started my business part-time in 2020 and went full-time in 2025.

Today I photograph weddings, families, couples, portraits, branding, headshots, commercial projects, and aerial photography.

One thing that's important to me is quality. I edit every image myself and don't outsource my work. I also use off-camera lighting for most sessions because it gives me much more control over the final image, no matter what the lighting is doing.

When you hire me, you'll get someone who shows up early, communicates well, and puts everything they have into every session. I don't believe in rushing people through a shoot or delivering work I'm not proud of.

I've been married to my wife, Katie, for over 15 years, and we have two dogs that pretty much run the house.

Photography isn't just my job—it's what I genuinely enjoy doing, and I appreciate everyone who trusts me to capture some of the most important moments of their lives.
